I concepted and designed both a welcome email and a trigger email, highlighting the app's features and benefits.

Welcome Email

The welcome email is automatically triggered when you download and first open the ESPN app on your Xbox One or Xbox 360. The email highlights features on the app and gives you a glimpse of what to expect.

Trigger Email

These are four emails separated by quarter, highlighting the sport that's in season and looking ahead to what's next. The Superbowl might be over, but we start anticipating the NFL draft and free agency.
